Sankt Hans Aften—Midsummer Solstice Gathering at Rundle Park #5 in Edmonton
Saturday, June 14 from 4 to 8pm at Rundle Park Site #5
This is a new family event which is replacing the fishing derby/campouts that we used to have around Father’s Day in June. Here are the details:
WHAT: Sankt Hans Aften Celebration and Picnic
WHO: Families are invited
WHEN: Saturday, June 14, 2025 from 4 to 8pm
WHERE: Rundle Park Site #5 in Edmonton
WHY: Because we want to create smaller events for our members to get together, experience Danish culture and get to know each other. We all loved the bonfires, snobrød, horseshoe tournaments that we used to have at the fishing derby campouts, but the campouts no longer were popular and it usually rained, so we are trying something new.
Please RSVP in the Dania Shop on this website. We will NOT be serving alcohol or drinks, so please BYOB. See you there!
Did you know that you can pay your Annual Membership dues on our website?
(Dania’s membership year runs from November 1 to October 31)
